Most communication courses teach tactics. The CVI Academy teaches transformation. We don't just give you scripts — we help you understand why conversations go the way they do, and build the emotional intelligence and cultural competency to navigate them differently. The cohort model, live practice, and scenario simulations make this an experience, not a lecture.
Plan approximately 2 hours per week including a meeting with your success cluster.
We encourage live attendance for the weekly success clusters, but we understand that life happens. You will be expected to complete the self-paced learning as soon as possible, so you'll never fall behind.
Absolutely. Organizations enroll cohorts of leaders, managers, or team members within the same academy experience. They are separately assigned within the success clusters. Group rates are available. For organizations interested in licensing the academy, contact us to discuss tailored opportunities.
Cohorts are intentionally diverse — professionals, community leaders, educators, healthcare workers, and individuals from all walks of life who share a commitment to better conversations. The diversity of the cohort is part of the learning.
